We all love a good pair of boots.



From our trusty black pair that go with everything to our fuzzy warm pair for those cold English days. But when we want something new, what style should we shop for? What would give us that extra edge with our existing wardrobe?


Well with a few hot example to get your inspirational juices flowing, you will soon be searching for your own style of Military Boots!


But considering it’s summer now (thank goodness!) shouldn’t we be cracking out the sandals?


Well, yes! And we have an excellent range in store and online. But I’m not here today to discuss straps, flats and heels (stay tuned for that delight) I’m here to convert you to a buckle lover..


Not only are Military Boots always fashionable and suit pretty much every leg shape but they will most likely be the most comfortable long wearing boot you’ll ever own!


The use of different hard wearing material means they will wear  and tear and look nothing but better for it. With a bit of weather-proofing they will get you through the British rain and snow (providing you wear warm socks!) and are well known to with stand a beating from hard tasks and plenty of walking.

 But practicality isn’t everything, looks are important too!

Personally, I’ve never come across another type of footwear that gets my heart racing like a good pair of buckle sporting boots. And the thing that makes them so magical, is they go with almost ANYTHING! I’ve worn my pair with skin-tight jeans, leggings/jeggings, bare legs, legwarmers, skirts AND summer floral dresses. For days out, days in and travelling!

I even wore my boots under a pretty turquoise number for a wedding! (Mind you that was a slightly unique wedding so, perhaps you should clear it with the bride and groom before you do the same!)


And the really great thing is they come in two heights; calf and ankle.

It’s important to make sure your footwear compliments your leg shape! Whether you’re short and strong or long and bendy, the adjustable width of the boot around the leg means no matter your muscle volume (or clothing choice, leg warmers require a little more space!), it’ll fit you just right.
